Building the Learning Map Training System
Learning Map is a combination of learning activities suited to the competence growth stages and career development paths of different groups covered by enterprise learning. In building the training system, the first step is to decode and input the organizational capacity needs of an enterprise through positions, processes or directly its business strategy; the second step is to consider the career development and competency growth of employees; and the last step is to design diversified learning approaches and activities according to the learning habits of enterprises and adults so as to make learning more effective and eventually translate strategy into performance.
